In math class

To achieve optimal performance of our scholarship program in line with our expectations, there are several areas where professional volunteers offer there knowledge. These areas are:

Administration Area

Responsible for the economy of the program and the administration of funds.
Execution of annual and monthly budgets
Updating permissions and certificates of scholars
Carrying out monthly reports of allocated expenses

Education Area

Offers education and the monitoring of the scholars in the schools
Is in charge of offering school support if the scholar is in need
Maintains fluent relations with the tutors
Promotes the search of funds to carry out cultural and educational events

In computer class

Families Department

Listens to the family problems one may have
Offers psychological support concerning family matters
Monitors the family as a group
Guarantees the delivery of the food baskets to the families
Promotes healthy and nutritious diets

Health Department

Maintains a report about all medical treatments of each scholar
Promotes a network of professionals that donate their services to the scholars
Provides the necessary medicines and treatments

Sponsorship Department

Carries out the daily contacts of people that desire to support the project
Receives the donations for each scholar
Promotes the relation between sponsor and scholar
At Give an Opportunity the active participation of our volunteers is highly valued for not receiving any payment for their work.
